Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel, please contact us asap if you require a change in your order or would like to cancel. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to appear on the Australia Post website.

If a product is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of a full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order sent out. If we receive no response within a week we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected may incur an additional redelivery fee.

Identification and/or proof of card ownership may be required for some orders before they are shipped. Orders placed through Paypal will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account.

All Shipments require a signature. No requests for shipments to be left unattended will be accepted.

Free standard shipping on all on all online orders over $350*

*(some exclusions apply such as large items & dangerous goods. Free Shipping does not apply to any in store, phone or email orders.)

Tracking:

Please note any shipping times provided are an estimate only provided by our courier company. We are not responsible for products not being delivered within the times given.

Dangerous goods or bulky items/orders may be sent through a different courier and incur additional charges. We will contact you if this is the case. 

For orders outside of Australia, it is the customers responsibility to check their local customs office for any additional charges.

If an incorrect address is provided or you fail to collect your item from the post office and the order is returned to us a re-delivery fee may apply.

Returns

For change of mind you may return items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us within the 14 day period for authorization before you return any items. 

  • Items must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items in the clearance section may not be returned due to change of mind (normal sale items can be returned).
  • The refund will be provided as store credit.
  • The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs
  • A $10 restocking  fee will also apply and be taken out of the credited amount.
  • For change of mind returns you are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product.

If there is an error in your order or the goods you received are faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us.

All damages claims from postage must be made within 48 hours days of receiving your package. Please email us photos of damages to info@diamondnailsupplies.com

 

Warranty

We provide a back to base warranty on purchases. Please see individual product page for warranty length or contact us. We are not responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us for warranty purposes.

Pricing

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors or any other reason.

Afterpay is only available for online orders and can not be used in store.

Liability

We are not liable for any damages caused by this website or any website which is linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason. We will then make reasonable attempts to provide a refund as soon as possible. All products are for professional use only. Training from qualified professionals should be undertaken before using any products.

Online Swatches

We try our best to make our online swatches as accurate as possible. However due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions the swatches and colors of product images online should only be used as a general guide and may not accuracy represent the final color of the product.

If the color online is completely different to the color online however (for example the product is red when the online swatch is blue) please contact us for a refund or exchange.
