Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently we only ship to Australia & New Zealand

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes we ship to P.O Boxes. Some larger items and dangerous goods can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

How long will my order take?

Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process. Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days to most locations.

What payment methods do you take?

All Credit & Debit payments are processed though Braintree, eWay, or Stripe We also accept PayPal, Afterpay & Zip

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 Days Please read our return policy here. If there is an error in your order or the goods you received are faulty or damaged please contact us.

How can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel, please contact us asap if you require a change in your order or would like to cancel. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day.

Why am i unable to checkout?

If you are unable to checkout please try the following steps:

1. Selecting a different payment method.
2. Clearing your browsing data or checking out in an incognito/private window.
3. Checking out on a different device or computer.
4. Checking your bank account to ensure you have sufficient funds.
5. Contact Afterpay/Zip/Paypal that there are currently no restrictions on your account

Why can't add a product to cart?

If you can add a product to your wishlist but not to cart it is most likely out of stock.

Why is my Finish Gel taking a long time to dry or not drying with a shiny finish?

After the second coat of activator is applied, let it dry for 90-120 seconds before you apply the first coat of finish gel. The first coat is thin and fast. The second coat is applied after all five fingers have received the first coat. You need to let the first coat dry a little before applying the second coat. Doing the first coat for all five fingers and going back to the first finger that you started on is enough time.

Why does my Finish Gel look like it contains a film rather than a normal shine?

Make sure the activator is completely dry before applying the Finish Gel. If you do all 5 fingers at once, it should be dry by the time you finish all the fingers on one hand. Applying Finish Gel before the Activator is dry will cause it to lack shine.

How do I use the brush softener?

Remove either the brush on Probase or Finish Gel. Carefully wipe the glue on a paper towel. Remove the brush on the brush softener. Carefully wipe the liquid from the brush softener. Let the brush in the brush softener bottle dry completely, it should not be blue anymore. Once dried, you can use the brush on the brush softener in the Probase or Finish Gel. Put the damaged brush into the brush softener and leave it in the bottle until you need it again.

Why are the nails not shiny?

It’s very important to follow each step carefully or final result will come out looking more matte than shiny. After a client washes their hands, add another coat of Seal Protect then two layers of Dip Top. It’s very important that the first layer of Dip Top is allowed to completely dry before the second layer.

How many sets can be done from each 1oz bottle of dip powder?

Approximately 15-20 sets, depending on the length of the nail and how much product is being used.

How do I keep my Gel Top/Base brushes from hardening?

After each two nail application, clean the brush well with a clean paper towel. At the end of the day, always clean the neck of the bottle inside and out with a paper towel damped with pure acetone.

What is the difference between Gelous base and Gel base?

Gelous base is used for dipping colors and gel base is used for pink and white powders.
