We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand. All shipments require a signature and are tracked and insured.

Australia Pricing:

$9.95 Standard Service (2-6 Business Days*)

$19.95 Express Service (1-3 Business Days*)

Free standard shipping on all on all Australian online orders over $150**

 

New Zealand Pricing:

$49.95 Express Service (3-4 Business Days*)

*Delivery timeframes are an estimate only provided by our courier. We are unable to guarantee any times. Delivery locations in country or remote areas and orders containg dangerous goods sent via road courier may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

**some exclusions apply such as when shipping large items, cartons & dangerous goods. Some remote areas area also excluded from the free shipping. We will contact you after your purchase if this is the case.

The above pricing including the Free Shipping promotion does not apply to any in store, phone or email orders.

 

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel, please contact us asap if you require a change in your order or would like to cancel. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 24 business hours for your tracking number to appear on the Australia Post website once you have received your number via email.

If a product is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of a full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order sent out. If we receive no response within a week we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected may incur an additional re-delivery fee.

All Shipments over $200 require a signature. No requests for these shipments to be left unattended will be accepted.

Tracking:

Dangerous goods or bulky items/orders may be sent through a different courier and incur additional charges. We will contact you if this is the case. 

For orders outside of Australia, it is the customers responsibility to check their local customs office for any additional charges.

If an incorrect address is provided or you fail to collect your item from the post office and the order is returned to us a re-delivery fee may apply.
